This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders of 925 sterling silver jewelry and fashion handbags purchased at https://fashionmody.com.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. To qualify for return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact
• Silver jewelry cannot have scratches, oxidation, wear marks or perfume/makeup residue
• Handbags cannot have stains, scratches, dirt or signs of use Customized, personalized items and clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact our support team at info@fashionmody.com to get an authorized return instruction. Please include your order number, photos of the item and your reason for return in your email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fee

If the return is due to our mistake: wrong item, defective product, damaged on arrival → we cover the return shipping cost. If you return for personal reasons (change of mind, dislike the style, wrong size) → you are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

4. Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods and confirm they meet return requirements, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If items arrive broken, defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear photos and videos. We will arrange replacement or refund according to your preference.

6. Exchanges

We support exchanges subject to stock availability. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

7. Final Sale Items

Markdown, flash sale and personalized engraved silver pieces are final sale. No return, exchange or refund will be provided.
